Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is looking for press operators and assemblers for a tier one auto supplier in Milan, MI!
Job Description--Max lift 40lbs. small parts in box (occasional), simple to operate and start candidates on easier machines, harder to learn to look for quality/defects, use computers on the machines called Plex system which tracks parts and time, will have to login to system once trained, *need to be able to use computer **press experience huge plus
- Pay Rate: Assembly & Press - both $17, Maintenance Tech - $29-32/hr, *eligible for shift premium once hired in
- Shifts/Schedule: 1st M-F 7am-3:30pm, weekends 5am-1:30pm
- PPE: leather closed toe shoe (STWB not required), ear plugs and safety glasses (provided)
- Dress Code: casual & appropriate (no clothing with swearing or offensive material), no sleeveless shirts, Assembly CAN wear shorts but Press CANNOT wear shorts
- Attendance Policy: more lenient for temps vs. dh but will be released if consistently an issue
